Our Girl Heroes

There are so many fabulous feminine characters in the shop at the moment, protagonists who make stories a delight to read, who inspire and encourage, who are brave and clever! Go Girls! Here are some of our favourite girls!

Truly Tan by Jen Storer

We love Tan! She is Australian, and is written by the fabulous Jen Storer, a Melbournian! Tan is the youngest of three sisters, she has moved to the country with her family, she is funny, clever and engaging, you will wish she was your best friend!


Ruby Redfort by Lauren Child

The second Ruby Redfort novel 'Take Your Last Breath' is here! Ruby is back! The girl wonder detective is solving mysteries, heading out to sea and swimming with sharks! You'll have to read it to believe it!



Three Times Lucky by Sheila Turnage
